The XIIth Galician traditional boat festival in Cabo de Cruz, it is an opportunity to reaffirm a relationship of the people of Cabo de Cruz to the Sea from prehistory to today.
This "Tour of Duty" board for fishing history in becalmed waters of the past, take us four voyages aboard vessels in which our ancestors released fishing nets in the search for their future, now our present.
July 2015, on days 9,10,11 and 12 and from Thursday to Sunday, our people back on the bow of the fishing tradition, our coast and our port again witness the authentic traditional navigation: boats "xeiteiras", the "dornas", the "racús" the "bucetas", Galleons, our "gamela" and many other boats hoisted their sails waving to a people who did not renounce their past slingshot Culture Fishermen and always fight for their future together with the salt of the sea where he was born.
